The B3 Shop is being developed as a non-profit cultural center dedicated to positive social change in four meaningful ways.
I. IMBY Homes
We intend to develop affordable housing “in my back yard” with cost-efficient factory manufacturing, without the avarice of capitalism. Specifically, we intend to develop low-cost micro-units on this site to rent and sell for as low a price as possible. It will be revolutionary.
II. Sonoma Law Center
We intend to provide affordable estate planning to those that are otherwise somewhat disenfranchised from the elitist legal system.
III. Quintus Arrius
We intend to prevent unreasonable foreclosures of homes in our community by providing financially viable, dignified solutions.
IV. The Boyes Social Ventures
We intend to develop a collaboration of experienced business people, local investors and entrepreneurs to incubate our community’s inspiration into actionable socially conscious ventures.
PESKIE is planned to provide a social environment for like-minded people to gather in vision of a better world based on values of both kindness and disciplined business practices.
Here, we can inspire each other to act on our own sense of community service.
Let’s stir it up and mobilize the human capital of our community to establish the Shop as an influential community hub for socially conscious positive impact.
In a nod to the history of the Boyes Hot Springs, We have adopted its mascot from the 1850s… “Peskie”, the mule. And isn’t being pesky kind of appropriate these days?
